Saturday, January 4th  –   Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at Gai-Luron (Bellefeuille).

Saturday, January 18th   –    Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at the Far Hills Centre.

Wednesday, January 29th  –   Indoor Meeting (7:30 p.m.- Room 045, Bronfman Building, McGill University).  “Canadian Paleobotany and the Origins of Plants” – presentation by Ingrid Birker, responsible for the education program at the Redpath Museum.

Saturday, February 1st   –   Cross-country skiing at the Ste-Agathe Ski Centre.

Saturday, February 8th  –    Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at Fôret Ouareau.

Fri. – Sun., Feb. 21st – 23rd  –    Three-day cross-country skiing and snowshoeing Weekend in the Laurentians (overnight Friday and Saturday at Auberge du Vieux Foyer).

Wednesday, February 26th   –   Indoor Meeting (7:30 p.m.- Room 045, Bronfman Building, McGill University). “Water and Wild Flowers of Quebec” – presentation by Professor Rick Fraser, who teaches in the School of Medicine at McGill in the Pathology Department.

Saturday, March 8th   –  Cross-country skiing at Montagne Coupée.

Saturday, March 22nd   –  Late spring cross-country skiing or snowshoeing in Mont Orford Provincial Park.

Wednesday, March 26th   –   Indoor Meeting (7:30 p.m.- Room 045, Bronfman Building, McGill University). “The Mysteries of Bird Migration” – presentation on by Joel Coutu, a member of the Province of Quebec Society for the Protection of Birds.

Saturday, April 12th    –   Sugaring-Off Party at Cabane à Sucre du Domaine Magaline.

Saturday, April 26th    –   Birding and early Spring Flower trip –  easy walking at Cooper Marsh.

Wednesday, April 30th   –  Indoor Meeting (7:30 p.m. – Room 045, Bronfman Building, McGill University).  “Senegal by Taxi” – presentation by Victor Breedon.

Saturday, May 3rd    –   Migrating Birds and Spring Flowers – easy walk at Ile Bizard Nature Park.

Saturday, May 10th   –    Walking and birding on the Tomifobia Nature Trail, Ayer’s Cliff.

Saturday, May 24th    –    Canoeing or kayaking at Rivière des Milles Îles nature park.

Wednesday, May 28th   –    Indoor Meeting (7:30 p.m.- check website for location) – short Annual General Meeting, followed by a presentation “The Sex Life of Plants” – given by Dr. Daniel Schoen.

Saturday, June 7th   –  Easy, but steady one and one-half hour climb on road to the summit of Mont-Orford (Downhill Ski Centre).

Sat. – Mon., June 21st – 23rd    –   Canoe/Camping Weekend – Saranac Lake – Adirondack Park.
